1. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.
2. How to Enter
(a) Purchase Entry:
Users may receive sweepstakes entries by purchasing promotional “Gold Credits” through BRsweeps.com. These credits are used to participate in games for entertainment purposes. Each purchase may come with free sweepstakes entries.
(b) Free Entry (AMOE):
To enter without making a purchase, users may complete the Alternate Method of Entry detailed at brsweeps.com/amoe. No purchase is required, and free entries have the same chance of winning as paid entries.
3. Sweepstakes Period
Sweepstakes promotions are held on a rolling basis. Specific entry periods and prize deadlines will be posted on the promotions page or specified within each game.
4. Prizes
Prizes vary by promotion and may include cash equivalents, gift cards, or other merchandise. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during each entry period.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners are selected randomly from eligible entries. All winners will be notified via email or in-platform messaging within 7 business days. Prizes must be claimed within 14 days or may be forfeited.
6. Publicity
By accepting a prize, winners agree to allow BRsweeps.com to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
7. General Conditions
BRsweeps.com reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules. All decisions made by BRsweeps.com are final.
